I'm thinking about installing my UHF into my ED. I've got plans of fitting it in the space under the stereo.
I'd like to see some pics of how others have installed theirs. Show us your CB/UHF installations.

get the tx 3400 remote face and bolt the unit into the pocket infront of your gear selector

heres how mine is mounted its a uniden uh0015sx the head pice is under the head unit and the main brain is under the console just behind the selector and antenna is mounted to the rear quator pannal with a speaker under the head piece of the uhf

my GE is mounted under the handbrake and the ariel is mounted in the dash using a flat panel consealed ariel

When I shifted the uhf out of my ute and into the EB I put it exactly where you are thinking of.....but I've got no pics.
 My biggest drama was the airiel...how to put on a decent one that still looked ok

i just put a gme tx 3220 in dads carolla
under the radio but i used the din mounting bracket u can get .....fits in the very nicely. when the old get home on tues ill take a pic n post it up |

Uniden UH-013 installed in my Ghia... Its in the console, under the oddment tray.
The control box is under the driver's seat. Microphone gets velcroed to the tunnel next to my left leg

Casey , its a work in progress , still need to cut out the back half of the dash to set it in deeper .
4LEDboy , i chopped up a few surounds to make up the double din , took a few days to do .
