Hey Guys,

Got a BA Wagon and would like to shove on a xr8 or GTP bodykit. From what I gather I can get away with the headlights, front bar, side skirts & bonnet but the tricky bit is the rear bumper. I need to get that extra bit of length on it - so the decal stickers match up in line. Will an XR8 sedan rear bumper fit on the wagon? Need to know how I can go about it so when looking at the car side on it's all one length - because it will look low and equal on the front bar and side skirts and then higher on the rear.

Thanks

side skirts & rear bar won't be the same i'd imagine - at least they aren't EA-AU, so i'd say that holds for BA as well.

most companies can extent the side skirts for wagons, but rear bumpers are a different issue - there are very limited options in this regards i'd afraid!

AWC are doing a T-SEries style rear bumper for the AU wagons.
i'd imagine that'd fit since they share the same rear, but i don't know how well it would match up with the rest of the kit.

Front parts I can see you fitting, but side skirts won't fit if it's anything like EL and earlier wagons were they used the long wheel base(LWB) (like the utes and Fairlanes/LTD), so SWB sedan side skirts will be too short...
No reason you can't source some fiberglass copies, cut then at a point and extend them as needed, bit of work but definateyl worth it!
As for the rear bar, definately totally different to the sedans. Maybe source a fiberglass one and work it too fit (s**t load of work involved I'm guessing), or fit it onto the wagon rear bar. I dunno, but sounds like it's gunna take some work there!
