What do you mean "no more sleep" ?? I have an 18 month old girl as well.. I've not had a decent sleep in the best part of 2 years..
:-)

It's USUALLY the mother that get's the least sleep :P, and the father gets more :P, I remember mum throwing a tantrum and smashing the wall because she was that down on sleep .

Anyway, back to the problem at hand, I will find out about this foil stuff, it's not pinstriping, and mine are worn fairly badly, the front bar has new chrome strips because the front bar was recently painted, it's just the rest of the strips I need to fix, you have to carefully peel away the old stuff away, and then carefully attach the new stuff, and it can take up most of the day to get it look good, if you rush the process you get the usual rough finish, which looks s**t :P.

hi all,

You can disregard this request.. I found some.

Supercheap sell it for 20 bucks (5 metre roll)

It's called Bodyline Wheel Arch moulding and it's almost identical to what is in the fairmont trims.

great stuff as thats alot less than I was expecting.

just measured the one I bought with some calipers.. it's 11mm.

close enough I think.. you'd not see the difference the way they are recessed.

I just stuck down a piece of the new stuff and you can't see the small gap top and bottom as it's half a mm top and bottom anyway... so for 20 bucks my trims will look like new again.

now I can stick the whole lot in the cupboard and worry about it when the rest of the car is done.
