Hi Guys,

Bought this Fairmont back in July this year and been meaning to get around to this for awhile.

Ive also been looking for a decent body kit for it, any one know where I can find full kit preferably an XR kit that doesnt cost a fortune ?

Welcome to Fordmods mate :)...watch your pockets empty as you get into modification :).

I have an EF XR body kit. Genuine front and rear lip and door moulds. Side skirts are fibreglass and I had to cut each side skirt once so that I can extend it by half and inch or so to make them fit properly. If you are interested PM me.

For other mods to get you started. Getting it lowered is always a good option. Larger air snorkel, K&N filter, full or half exhaust system and sound system.

Then you can start with engine mods, so camshaft, vernier, head port and polish, maybe computer chip, manual conversion or high stall etc.

Lots of mods can be done as long as you have the money, if not slowly do it up and you'll enjoy it...or hate it when s**t breaks down :P.

Regards
Phong

It came with the tinted windows a 2 1/2 exhaust, not sure about the details of those tho.

I am looking at getting it lowered, but mostly back is its alot higher back there, id like to atleast level it out.

Next upgrade im planning extractors, how easy are they put on your self ?

Btw I like the hight of your ride, what have you used to get it like that ?
