Just wondering .. are they serviceable (EF) ? cogs sounds to be skipping teeth on the plastic runner .. it is jumping up and down but not to the full range it should.

Go tpo Repco and get a replacement mast, use the one for EA to ED, Brand is AERPRO and model is AP12 Mast & Rope, just cost me $31.00, I just did one in the wagon and I replace one in the Faimont months ago, if you need assist in replacing give me a yell.

ITs pretty rare the motors failing 99% of the time its the mast broken replaced hundreds of them.

well wouldn't you know it .. finally got around to getting a new mast and the old one is fine (well not any more getting it out lol) but there is a small cog with a couple of teeth missing.

Need an aerial motor out of an EF (or same) please

Cheap! :P

time to up date vics -ipods? as paul said,masts are servicable,stripped gear drive-----swap time,but same model and unit number.i opened a few and small variations in sizes of parts to stop transplant repairs.good luck :roll: :roll: :roll:
