plastic ones are stronger aren't they? like with stone chips and s**t, wouldn't glass ones be more likely to crack?

I'd take the risk of the cracking and trade my plastic ones for glass, at leas tthen I'd be able to see out of them without them going yellow. Heaps of cars use glass ones without any problems on cracking or anything.

if ya hardened and tempered the glass, it shoundnt crack unless the car was in a smash.

and being glass, we could finally put high-beams in that are brighter than 55w :P
