I've gone the other way and have a set of XR vents ready to fit to my V8 GLi  but I'm wondering how to go about it, basically I need to know were they are located on the bonnet, I haven't taken of the liner yet, so is it painfully obvious were to cut, or do I need a blueprint and get the ruler out.

The GT scoop has 2 "vents" built into it anyway so there's no need to add more.
