My mate reversed my EL into a fence the other day and scratched the christ out of the front quarter and broke the front indicator. i have just bought another indicator off ebay and was looking in the engine bay today trying to work out how to take out the broken one and put in the new one but have no idea where any bolts or anything are. can anyone enlighten me on how to do this? :D

ok there is a screw on top of the light closest to the indicator unsrcrew that and firmly but gently tap the rear of the blinker towards the front of the car and it should slide/pop off and installation is the reverse of that..

Just out of interest how did he beat up the front end in, if he reversed into it? or did he go right through?

its hard to explain but i will have a crack. its a sort of s shaped driveway and it has a little ditch on either side and a fence along side the ditch. he got the a** end past the ditch and then turned the steering wheel more to the right so he could miss the ditch on the drivers side but went too far and put the front in the ditch and banged it against the fence on the passenger side :( i tried as hard as i could to not get angry as that would achieve nothin - hardest thing ive ever had to do! - i saddled up and got it out. had to straiten the steering up first though and because the front passenger wheel was jammed in the ditch the power steering didnt feel like playing ball. im guessing ive just made you more confused but i tried :D
