will look cool, till you are stuck in your wreck and the emergency services have no way easy to get out quickly.

Cost depends on how much you can do your self. I wouldn't do it either. Rego boys will give you lots of hassles about and your insurance may be void as well. As it’s an illegal modification in most states. Shaved handles look great but they are generally reserved for show cars and not daily drivers. But thats up to you 8-)

go on ebay , get a alarm system from the states and the popers, take it to a auto shop get them to put the popers in, then take it to the auto elec's get them to put the alarm system in, then go to the spray painter take out the door handels , fill it back up and re spray doors.

alot of work , and u wont be stuck in your car coz the inside handles still work, but it will be realy bad if your battery on the remote dies, and dont forget you have 4 doors not two and if u did it on just two doors it would look funny.

id say probly more then 2 grand.

pulling door handle and opening door then pulling said person out or smashing window opening door/pulling person through window.

much simpler to use the door handle thats right there.
i'm not saying don't do it, just something to consider.

If you want something different why not look at fitting AU/BA handles? They are flush fitting unlike the E series handles.

I'd go to a wrecker, take a large part of the door skin from around the handle and graft it into the EF/EL door. Be easier than trying to make the AU handle fit the EL hole.
