Im not going to go overboard doing the whole car, im just getting the bonnet done, i swear you ford guys dont like change, all yas like to do is keep your cars stock, and stickin a wade cam in it, id get more respect for the ford over on the commodore forums

i see nothing wrong with air brushing or ANY sort of mod

f**k go for it.. half the people on here drive stock gli's with 17's and a cat back..

it's called taste. airbrushing looks ridiculous.
you would fit better at the commodore sites, because taste is generally what the v6 commodore owners lack.

every1 has there own taste, you dont like it, I along with alot of other people do, depends what is airbrushed onto the car, still need some more ideas what to get airbrushed on there, my mate said how about 2 chicks pillow fighting, but then it might get keyed

well from an objective point of view - there is a massive chance of it getting keyed. also, it will show stone chips and stuff real claerly.

The car is getting all the paint stripped off now, its sad to see, but will be mad once done.
will post pics as soon as i go there to take some and to pick up the 19s so they dont accidentally get scratched or paint on them

progress of respray 5 days after dropping it off

should get it back in about another 4 weeks


does anybody know of a good auto retrimmer, getting the whole car retrimmed leather, either white or orange, not sure yet

i want the coolant resevoir removed to neaten up the engine bay, battery will be moved to the boot with the custom boot install ill be doing, with the coolant resevoir what could i do to the cooling system so it does not need it anymore.

you want to take away the resivour??? how will you fill up the radiator?

i think moving it somewhere but when you fill it up it will have to be higher then the tank itself,

apart from that, its looking scary

Why are they going back to bare metal? it looks as if the original paint was in good nick. All that place needed to do was rub back the orginal colour and apply primer over the top.

I have only seen cars go back to bare metal if the paint is shagged or there is rust underneath.
