I'm think of doing somthing like that on mine. Did you have to remove the bar to do that or is it installed on the outside.?

The grill looks good

Yeah i didnt like that chicken wire s**t so i just went and bought a sheet of mesh from Repco (Autobarn also sell it) for $30 and cut it out to size. The one in the middle was the hardest to mould tho.

what did you use to fix the mesh to the bar?

On the two brake duct holes i used sikaflex and the middle one i held in with pop rivets. Its not very heavy so it doesnt take much to secure it
|

i was going to sujest that you make the mould bigger and fold the edges over the outside of the holes to make a lid style thing then either hot glue it or use sikaflex to hold it there. i like the look of mesh, as i dont like seeing all the internal crap that the front bar is suposed to cover
