Anyone know how to get the falcon/gli badge off the back of an EF under the tail lights? im replacin it with a little tickford badge, but i dont wanna jam a screw driver in and snap them out if theirs an easier way.

most people that i know of just took it off with their fingers or carefully with a screw driver. it pretty much just stuck on with double sided tape or some other type of ahesive

i just did mine, thought it'd never come off clean but it ended up being spotless!

dipped a rag in boiling water and held it on the badge until glue was probably warm behind the badge (hairdryer works too).. then used some tooth floss to get it off, came off nicely then cleaned with some degreaser/soap and a lil bit of scrubbing

Okay lad, i did mine i think i did it pretty good no marks no scratches.
1. Get a rag dip it in boiling water and go other the badge.
2. Then it should get a bit hot on the metal and you can feel it sliding.
3. Get some dental floss, slip it in from one side and drag, it comes off perfectly no scratches.
Note you must use dental floss.

Here are the results. Although now i have a XR tickford combination...

Yes the rear is held down with pins. If you remove it there will be holes in the back not a good look.

got mine off, left two holes where the falcon badge was, the tickford wing covered them both though. I had a bit of that adhesive s**t on their, i rubbed a little bit of that kevs goo remover on a cloth and it all came off, looks nice and clean now.
