for good job ou are looking anywhere between $3000 to $5000. you should get a respray in the lower mark of that price range. but $5000 upwards and you'll be starting to look at a mickey mouse job.

Yeah i will be looking into this shortly, hopefully looking agt getting away with it for under 5000.

HOw many coats would you normally apply?

And how difficult is it, and how much more cost is it to change colours? i have dark blue colour at the moment, prob stay around the same colour, so it suits the inner door trims and under the bonnet.

Hi,

Really depends on where you go. Up here there is only one bloke that will do it unless it is insurance job and he is pretty cheap. I will try and attach a pic of a car I just got done by him but the cost was $2100.

ok, so obviously the pics didn't work but I have uploaded a couple into my gallery. After being chopped and compressed they don't really do the spray job justice. It was a black car already but have resprayed with a blue zircon with a prismic affect. Which means under the right light it shines blue black with rainbow glitter. Really good job and even better price.

Thanks

see if your mates can see the painters to do the painting for you at a good price. most painters are ok.thay dont mind cash on the side.just tell them you will by the paint .if thay say yes ask them how much paint and clear and hardner you will need . it might only cost you$1000. all up cheap good respray
