Wholagan, you have done a great job there. I am about to paint a tappet cover I bought and am still at getting all the OLD paint off, three layers of it, all different colours. :roll:

can only polish alloy mate .. if your after the same finish on somthing made from steel get it ceramachromed...

its a thermal coating designed to keep heat in.. looks great, worth the money..

I was just thinking, would using this/similar methods would you be able
Too shine the alloy wheels, as I have original 18 inch ford rims on my xr6
But they have gutter rash from the previous owners:(

Depending on how deep the scratches go of cause or can you use something
Too fill in the divots ?
