hello can you give me a full detailed list and pictures on putting twin thermo fans in a ed 6 cyl because ive done some searching but i want to comfirm.

What size wire do i need for twin thermo fans in a ed ford 6 cyl.

In a fairmont 6 cyl because both holes in the thermostat housing are used how else would i add a m16 screw in sensor to turn the fans on at a certain temperature. I thought of having another bit of short radiator hose, put that on the thermostat housing, taking the radiator hose off the thermostat housing put some metal pipe about 5 cm long between the hose and the other short bit.

if you can think of another way of putting a m16 screw in sensor in a fairmont 6 cyl that has climate control and both thermostat holes are used please tell me as i dont want a davies craig switch i want a screw in sensor.

you can drill and tap a hole into the thermostat housing for your sensor...

or u can get a t-piece from a gas/plumbing supplier

another option is to buy a craig davies kit with has a sensor in the radiator hose (i just happen to have one forsale :D :D )

i would go for the davies craig thermo switch over a screw in sensor, as you have contol over it as the screw in sensor you have none.
