they're BA XR8 options - same as mine, although they look like 18's as opposed to mine, which are 17's :?

EL XR kit is the same as the tickford one, the only difference is if you buy original or fibreglass copy

Nah, thats an EF kit, the one up the top has a full el kit, i think its the rear suspension that might need some lowering, or might be just the way it is parked

SSV calls the EL tickford kit (i.e. front/side/rear skirts) the 'Tickford' kit, and calls the EF tickford kit (again, front/side/rear skirts) the 'XR' kit.

the EF XR kits differ to the EL XR kits in that they have a lower 'profile' - the EL XR kits rise up more in the archs, so therefore look more aggressive.

so the top pic is the EL XR/Tickford kit - whilst the 2nd pic is the EF XR/XR kit.

ignore the model car they are fitted to, as the skirts will fit onto Gli/Futura/Fairmont/XR, regardless of if it has the XR front end or not.

hopefully this clears some things up :?

ay alot of peopel are getting confused here.

that is a tickford body kit not an xr kit, XR's did not come with a body kit they were an option on all models.

there is a difference between the EF tickford kit and the EL tickford kit

the kits are ofter just refered to an XR kit so in a way i guess it the same thing, so we can say tickford and XR kit are exactly the same thing lol

the El kit is more chunky than the EF kit, the ef kit is the second pic in this thread the EL is the origional pic in the first picture.

yep i wasn't all that clear i know what im talkin about confusing myself though, alot of bodykit makers just refer it as the xr kit, but ford would call it the tickford kit, so yeah xr/tickford=SAME
