The only aftermarket lamps that I've seen that match the ford ones are the twinlight items - are there others ???

The actual lights are the same in the twinlights?
I wouldn't of though it would be that hard to get a set of Hella or Narva driving lights to fit behind the bar - don't know what the light output spread would be like though...

O, and I'm pretty sure they are 6".

They look similar, but are imported - only average quality I've been told.
http://www.twinlight.com.au/ (view spare parts section).

Getting lights is easy - getting the suitable type is the issue - the factory high beams are a driving light type lamp, low beam is a projector setup. I don't think ford still supply them - hella may possibly still stock them, but they won't be cheap.
So fitting 4 x driving lamps may be the best compromise, but will need to be adjustable.
