Just bought a car (Ford Fairlane ghia '99) and works fine but i can only find one issue the window washing sprayer is not spraying i have tried unblocking it (which didnt work) i can see the water flowing but nothing. any suggestions?

disconnect the line from the bonnet side, make sire you have water in the tank, give it a squirt, if nothing comes out the pump is stuffed, even if you can still hear it make noise but nothing coming out, buggered pump. the likelyhood that both sprayers are blocked is alot lower than a rooted pump.

as above. fill with water and disconnect hose from pump, give it a burl and watch for water coming out. if doesnt work pump stuffed. if working there, reconnect the hose and disconnect further on and repeat, disconnecting further on each time. eventually you will find where the problem is.

SUCCESS
Cheers guys! fixed it, it was blocked the ex owner dosnt know how to maintain a car the tank was blocked with algae it was disgusting what i did was give it a good scrub then filled it with hot water and soap and bam! started working.
