hey guys, thought i would throw up something i came across when updating my dash. in the ba, some cars have lap vents added to the side dash vents, and some dont. all the plumbing is there, and it is a simple matter of prising the dash spears off and 3 screws to swap them over. in my original vents (non lap vent type) ford used a piece of 1 inch thick foam sticky taped in place to block off the vent hole. looks like i could convert those vents by adding the vent itself and open/close wheel, as the mounting points were there. looks like ford have simply not put in the plastic shutters or the open close wheel for some odd reason that i cannot fathom. might be of no use to anyone, but thought id chuck it out there so you all know.
