can the entire rail system be unbolted from an EF/EL seat and bolted to BA?

l have fitted 1 in so far , it is a prickto do the bolts as they are tight and you habe to really push to line the last hole up enough to get the bolt in,,,, its a bastard but l got it done, drivers lm yet to do as its elec an this is in my el xr
