I'm pretty sure I've read they do, I'm not sure if the EF has the anchor point for the centre lap sash belt, it should have. I may be thinking of the rear deck carpet being moulded to fit around it. If your EF has a centre rear lap sash please disregard the above, I'm not that familiar with EF interiors.
Do a search for 'rear seats', it may turn up something to confirm this but I repeat, I'm pretty sure the threads I've glanced at said the rears are all interchangeable, not sure if you have modify the bolsters a little, and the fronts need much more modding.

yes
will bolt straight in.. Just the fronts seats have differnet mounts.

With the front seats, Would it just be a case of switching the runners or is there more to it? (I'm considering putting EL Futura seats in my ED.)

there is a bit more to it. We cut the mounts off and welded them onto the old seats.. It's dodgy and i found the ef/el seats s**t. Went back to a set of eb xr8 front seats and i will never look back.
