Oi! stop taking my Ideas!

Just make sure the one that you get is lined with a felt like material - less likely to damage your paint. The other thing to prevent paint damage (and knowing you, this will be difficult to do :P ) is the car needs to be washed and waxed regularly, as it is mainly when dirt gets in between the car bra and the paint that causes scratches.

They can be custom made for any car, but it would cost a lot more than the $250 mentioned in the previous post. I was quoted between $400-500 when I did the rounds.

I just don't understand them. Maybe if someone has a car that they regularly show. Otherwise the cost of it is more than getting a few stone dents repaired, and the car looks like s**t. The only time they've interested me was when a guy used one as a stealth kit that prevented him from getting caught by police radars.
