The climate control system on my EL Fairmont seems to be sending out hot air only even when the airconditioner is on and set to 16 degrees. Does this mean that my system may need to have the refigerant recharged, or is it more likely to be a different problem. It seems that the vents going to the rear passengers are operating at the correct temperature whereas the front vents only emit very hot air. any help as to the problem
