Calling all momo wheel owners :)

I've got a red one, which went with my previous red interior highlights but now I've switched to black and a dark colour outside the red has to go.
I'm thinking I may be able to use some sort of leather paint or dye.

I suspect the "factory" momo wheels are just painted anyway - after a very close look at mine I can see where it looks like the red section has been hand painted and there's little spots here and there in the joins where you can see the paint on the other side of the join where it should be black.

Scratching off some of this red shows that it appears to actually be blue underneath! :?

Anyone know something I could use to get the paint off without wrecking the wheel ? Likewise, is there leather paint available ? I've looked around in lincraft, spotlight type places and they don't seem to have any. I'm reserved about using the spray vinyl dye on a high wear area like the steering wheel...

Dont use spray vinyl dye.

Maybe a swap with someone who has the colour you want? Or Ebay it?
