I can't remember my aerial switch ever lighting up. The demister switch does. The aerial one supposed to have a globe behind it?

Also the LCD for air-con. Anyone know the globe or part number. Not sure. Do I pull the whole unit out or is the globe around near the top?

Cheers

Not sure about the globe size of the top of my head, but it would be along the lines of a t10 globe (just going of the size of the LED's I replaced the climate control with) :S.

to get to it, you have to take the dash surround off, take out the 4 screws holding the climate control unit in place, and then you'll be able the simply pull out and replace the existing globe.

The screen suddenly came back to life yesterday. What kind of globe blows and then comes back on. I'm really hoping this is just a globe on the way out?

BTW thanks for the above information.

yeah, replace it just to be sure. the c/c unit is really simple to take apart. from memory the globes that light up the screen and buttons are the same as the ones that illuminate the footwell etc.
you'll need a set of jewellers screw drivers to actually dismantle the unit. better to know now rather than half way through like i discovered
