ive had my roof lining out for about 8 months and since rego is coming up soon i thought id better redo it and fit it back up, i was just wondering whats the way people get all the old glue off before glueing new material back on the inside roof "thing" lol. also would the spray on "quik grip" be the go for glueing it?

when i did my EF i used Gray fur lookd hot as and i didnt clean old stuff off just pack on some new glue and the spray works well!
