pull the bottom of the dor\or trim out from the door, and a few sharp hits upwards will dislodge the clips

I'm pretty sure that you just need to apply a little force, I found that if I wind down the window then pull the door trim out a little and pull up the trim just slides out. On the fronts there is also a little bit of plastic that inserts in to the doorwell so I need to pull up and back a little to get them out.

You might have to prise a screwdriver under the top bit, the first time they have be removed can be hard. Any subsequent times its piss easy.

your best bet is to pull it back a bit so it doesn't snag on anything, then lift the trim up as hard as you can

theres just a few metasl clip that hold the trim to the frame of the door. I know it feels like the trim is going to rip, but you'll be right. :)
