sorry if this has been done to death, but i can't really find the specific info i'm after on this topic :oops:

my ED futura only has the standard clock where the trip computer goes, and i want to upgrade it. getting the computer is no problem, but what's the install like? do i have to buy a whole wiring loom and wire it all up? or is it more a plug n play job? any info would be great.

also, does the computer have be from an ED, or would an EB one work? i'm pretty sure they're the same one...but i could be wrong.
