Post subject: EF Aircon/heater noise behind glove box

It sounds like A/C gas, well like a fridge, and even when I turn it off it still keeps going (the noise that is).

Any thoughts? I"m assuming it is something like the heater core or something.

Sure its not your headunit? I had that same kind of noise and turns out was just the cd in my head unit..

Pull some piping,ducts off and check there is no crap ,leaves,paper etc stuck in and fouling on fan.
