Hi Guys, Does any one know how to, or is there a tech doc on swapping a standard ef interior light to a xr6/8 light. I think it may need more wiring and a plug but im not sure. Any help would be good. Cheers

do a search to find the answer your looking for, been asked 1000000 times. next time search my friend!

it is a straight swap over, no extra wiring required.

Thanks mrnasty, next time, piss ur sarcasm off, its not needed. Have searched and im not sitting there looking through 7000 matches to find it. Its easier to ask and anyone here who wants to help someone properly will have a decent reply. Cheers.

Hi, I'm having the same problem with a high series interior light I bought on eBay. I took the Gli light off only to find I was short the wires/plug for the two map lights. Hopefully somebody here knows the answer to your question then we will both know what to do. Cheers

yes you do need to run an extra constant 12v wire for the front lights to work!
