Hello everyone as best to my knowledge all EF`s have tachos the other day my friend tried telling his brothers ef fairmont does not have a a tacho so i am just wondering if there is such a thing as a ef with no tacho or possibly a Xh?

no.
They ALL have tacho GLi are only missing Oil and Volts Gauge. However they Gain an idiot light.
