Hi all, I picked up an el chaser cluster at the local u-pull for $30,
Unfortunately it has 430000 Km on it. Is there a way to rewind it to match my 200000 km xh dash? Thanks in advance.

swap the cards over to a lower k cluster

You need to de-solder a little black eprom on the back of each cluster and swap them over and re-solder them . Or you could take it to ford and have them do it with a scan tool or something ?
