you put floor mats in your car so it's easier to clean, even though people still dont use them  , so now i have a nice huge chunk of gum stuck to the floor.

I put ice cubes on it to harden the gum, then used the edge of a spoon so scrap what i could out, and damped it with a bit of metholated spirits, and scrubbed out with a cloth and warm soapy water. But still cant get it entirely out,

just wondering what other people have used to get gum out

Thanks

you can buy freeze spray from an electronics store like d**k smith and freeze it then break it away.

yeh, freeze it and scrape as much off as you can, then to finally clean off the last remnants of any sticky gum residue, use good ol' eucalyptus oil.
smells nice too :)

cheers, itchione
