Hey everyone.. Its been a while.

I am starting the interior conversion of the NA to EL fairmont..

I am sure I have read about this and that's why I cut the piece out of the EL but be buggered if I can find it again,

Basically I read somewhere about cutting the EL console mount hump with the handbrake mount points and rear seat rail mount points, and re fit it to the NA so it is easier to fit the handbrake, seats and console.

Has anyone done this and have any info or pics?

Or should I take a heap or pics and do a technical doco?

Race director converted his ED wagon to EL interior. He had to change the console hump to EL. Check his build thread.
