just did led conversion...and finished puttin back the dash in.. then bout 5mins later i could smell something.. so i test it n ODO wasnt workin so im f**k!! took it all out n tryin to sus the smell at the same time when i see this!!!!!!! WTF!!!!! is it f**k!!??? soz bout language but im p****d!! ><

Looks like she didnt like one of the bulbs, I think ur up for a new cluster.

thats a negative way of looking at things! there are hundreds and hundreds of people who do this mod, and a very very small minority who have something go wrong - wheres the fun in having a stocker?

hi
if only the lines on the board are damaged you can use fine gauge wire to use as a patch cable to bypass the burnt section just solder one end of the wire at the point of connection and the other end at the other end of the line thats damaged.. i hope that makes sense.. |

i had the same problem with my power window switch in the centre console it burnt the board and broke the connection so i just ran a fine wire to patch it and its all good now..
but its hard say with clusters you might be lucky.. good luck with it!! |

it looks like there was a short when you installed the LED's It could be becuase of of a Faulty LED from narva. LEDs don't draw a lot of current so theres no other way the PCB could have got that hot
