Hey all, My heater in my EA does not get hot, when I select heat, I hear a his from the heater control, so I am assuming I have a vacuum leak at the control but I just need to know how I can remove the aircon controls from it so I can check it out, I can't seem to be able to remove the facia from around it, I undo the 3 along the top where the dash beisels are but then can't go any more.....

any suggestions.....

thank you, Aaron

Hunt around for screws, theres a fair few, i can't remember exactly where they all are but there a few on obscure angles and s**t, and i think theres screws where boot release type switch bezels are etc.
As you go give it a pull to try an feel for where it's still secured etc.

thank you all, I finally got it out, but on the back of the heater control there is one vacant connector where a hose should be, but there is no loose hoses any where that may of come off, yet when I move the control to heat, the spare hole hisses (sucks)...... I am not sure, basically my heater does not work at all, I ever so slightly get a real faint warm air out of the drivers side vent by the door yet all the rest a freezing cold......does any one have an idea...???

thanks, Aaron....:)
