So like somehow i have managed to 'break' my air conditioning in my AU falcon. I took apart the dash a few times and now my air con is playing up. Everything works except for the switch that selects where the air comes through (i.e feet, face, windscreen etc), the mechanics of the switch work but the electronics must be screwing up because it is permanently stuck on windscreen, no matter what i do i cant seem to switch it from windscreen.

sounds like you have a vacuum leak check all hoses are connected

Well believe it or not my car actually fixed itself. I never thought i would be so lucky but somehow it now seems to be working. I turned on the car yesterday early morning and instinctively turned the heater on and all the functions just seemed to be working again. thnx for ur replies tho
