The interior will swap over beautifully. You may have to swap/run new wiring looms for some features such as climate control, trip computer, cruise etc, etc. As for the diff, I suspect they came with the 3.45 LSD but I may be wrong

i think the rear seats are different between SWB and LWB, but they can be modded to fit.

hmmm...

i've started writing a few answers, but yet to finish :?

your question is loaded, in that it depends on how far you want to go! do you want to put climate control/full electrics etc in? or just the seats & door trims?

hairy muff!

well, you'll (obviously!) need to strip the entire interior out of your car - to a shell. swap body loom (dash back to taillights), and dash loom (just leave it on the dash & swap them over). you'll need to swap heaterboxes as well for the CC. you may also need to swap engine bay looms as well to run the ambient temp sensor etc (unless your Gli has ABS?).

you'll need to swap electric window regs as well for all 4 doors.

it'll be a reasonabley big job, but do-able over a weekend! :P

oh. the rear seat upright (that you lean back onto) and the bolsters won't quite fit. remove the material from the bolsters & refit them on your Gli ones. for the upright, you'll need to redrill the brackets that slide over the bolts on the body framing. it'll make more sense when you see it, but i have pics if need be.
