Hey guys, so my Ba falcon has no heaters and hasn't since I bought it, thinking it may be the actuator shaft but not 100% sure, I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction on what it may be and roughly how much it would cost to get replaced?

Does the system work on all settings and just not blowing hot air, i.e. recirc fresh air switching over ,a/c switching on and off,screen feet and face all works, fan speed working

Yeah the whole system works, switches to air con and what not, face, feet, windscreen, just temperature doesn't change when you move the dial, stays the same temperature, but when you put air con on it definitely gets colder

If all this works then as a guess i would say its the HIM module and or mixer door shaft, either way to replace is dash out, you can check the HIM MODULE by removing the glove box

Ah no worries, cheers mate! How do you tell if the problem is the HIM module?

You can pull the glove box out and go from heat to cool and back again and watch to see if its working or if you have good hearing you can sometime hear it operating. If it working it will probably be the mixer door shafts have broken, reasonably common problem. If your in the boronia area of victoria and need help let me know bud
