you can rip the switch apart to a certain point and clean it out. You can't buy it seperately though. Either clean it up best you can, might just have dust/hair/grease stuck in it ... or try for a replacement on ebay, another 2nd hand one and make a good one out of the two.

The rear window enable/disable button has 2 springs - a coil one underneath, and a lever type one on the side - there is a thin piece of plastic that holds it in on the side spring, it quite often breaks, so the button won't click down. You can carefully lever it out, and get rid of the side spring and keep the bottom one. Position the button upwards so you have power to the rears and then leave it alone. The window buttons can be prised off and the metal contacts cleaned - the up ones will always have carbon/crap on them. The window buttons have spring loaded plastic contacts, so be aware of those as well.
The EA-ED power window 4 switch setup is pretty much the same as the EF/EL ones, except for the plastic rockers and the plastic cover facia, and the rear enable/disable button. The button can be changed between assemblies though.

so 500 for the electric window motors, rollers, everything you need in the doors, switches etc... seems cheap?

see if i did it i would get the electric window door trims and stick them on so they looked like the car came like that originally... rather then mounting after market switches...
