i dont have the rear power window switches on the rear doors does this matter?

all i did was buy a centre console with window switches, bought the 4 doors with power window mechanisms and all the wiring in them, took them out of the doors i bought and put them in my doors??? every thing plugged in fine???

its a ED futura classic 1994, i put in the front passenger loom and mechanism on its own and that worked without anything else hooked up??? sorry mate dont know what you mean by BEM??? car is not modified at all, on gas, auto, factory stock as... all i did was pulled the guts out of the other doors and put in mine and added centre console, also put power window relay in behind fuse box...

got me stumped??? i think this black wire has something to do with it?

The rear windows wont work on most cars without the rear switches plugged in.

I think you will need the switches in place for them to work, to complete the circuit. Not 100% on that but I think thats how it is with them.

Also, is your BEM the correct one to run rear power windows?

What car is it?

thats right, rear switches must be in place and funtional for the rear windows to opperate. no need to change the bem though.

cheers
