Hey does anybody with a sunroof have a problem with the roof lining in the back seat sagging slightly??

Id like the roof lining to be tight like the original lining but with the sunroof that slides in im not 100% if thats possible

the sunroof has been there since i bought the car but the lining had the same problem previously as well

have you changed the lining? is the carpet sagging off the actualy cardboard thingy it attaches to or is the whole thing sagging? if its the whole thing it would require a bit of work to fix it up....

Well i think its the whole thing sagging from what i remember

but problem is i just had it re-done which i thought would have fixed the problem but it is still the same
does that mean he didnt do his job properly?

i dont want to do it myself because of the sunroof

I'd be p****d if I had just had it re-done and it was still the same....If he didn't fix what you wanted fixed, what did he fix??

The roof lining in my ED has always sat different. The back has always looked a touch lower than normal to allow for the slide (about an inch maybe) but never had a problem with it sagging until say about the last six months or so. Has now started to sag in the back and between the sunroof and the doors enough to just rub the tips of hair. Just jumped in the back, and if I had to sit there the roof lining would bug the s**t out of me, so something I must remember to add to the list of jobs to be done.

Does yours sag around the sunroof, or only behind it, where it slides?

No only behind the sunroof, between the rear passengers head
it seems like its not stuck on anything or the whole thing is sagging
i thought maybe it had to be like that to allow the sunroof to slide back
but by the sounds of it, it should still be stuck onto something
ill have to get that checked
on problem... after another... after another
bloody dodgy workers
