Hey guys,

I took the door trim off mmy ef mont ghia over the weekend to sperate the top part of the trim (where the woodgrain is on) from the bottom. I removed all the gold clips holding it together only to find the speaker appears to be holding it together, my cousin reckons it's plastic welded together so i wanted to check if this was the case and if any of you knew how to separate it?

Cheers,

Pat

the speaker grill has plastic tabs that come through the trim, you can use some pliers to just cut the top of the plastic off.
There is also a decent sized rivette that's holding it in too.
