impact socket so you don't round it and a breaker bar.
failing that, work out.

impact sockets can be bought single from places like supercheap or repco for around $20-30, be better off then rounding the nut and wrecking everything

it may be stubborn, is why a breaker bar and impact socket was suggested, they can handle to torque that may be required to loosen the nut, could always try wd40 as suggested

WD40 and RP7 are the same.

But yep an impact socket and an extension bar on a breaker with constant force, not putting it on and taking cracks at it.

I will get the biggest person i know to have a crack at it with my socket until i can get something else tomorrow morning !

So what are the things i need?

What type of Impact Socket? How are these different to normal sockets?
What does a breaker bar look like and what one do i need?
Is the extension necessary? if so its just the same input to same output on a metal rod right?

Impact socket is hex with thicker walls.
Breaker bar is a bar you attach a socket too lol
Normally 1/2" drive, no ratchet and it's long so you can put more force on the bolt/nut.
He means an extension on the handle of your ratchet/breaker.
You can skip the breaker if you've got something like a longish bit of metal that fits over the handle of your ratchet as dc_todd said
But a breaker bar is very handy to have.
