I priced a standard Cappa one at Ford for $147.00. I might go for the chrome button one if it exists?

Just have to work out if it's worth having. I mean the black one never wears, unless the button is metallic, the chrome probably wears off does it?

Nah the chrome doesnt wear off. Its harder wearing than the plastic, just the leather gets the worn look.

Mine has no sign of peeling or wearing. The only way for it to peel is if its cut or severly damaged, Maybe thats why all the corners are rounded so the chance of damage is far less than sharp square edges. Also if it peels it will like razor blades on ur pinkies!

Yeah just priced one from Ford. $490.00.
Needless to say, the standard one arrives in a week. $170.00.

Now for the fun bit. Are they hard to pull out and put back in?
