You can get three colours.

EF "slate" (dark grey)
EL "mako grey" (grey)
EL "cappa" (light brownish/mocha colour)

EDIT - Not sure if i got the "greys" around the right way...

They are stitched material, but it ain't leather IIRC!

My EF Ghia is stitched vinyl.

This is correct - even the fairlanes are vinyl. The inside door handle surrounds are vinyl as well.
Fairlane Ghia, FBT or GT might be leather (GT has velour covering ???)- needs someone to confirm this.
