how do i program the ute that does not have a dimster for a remote to the central locking

Connect a shorting lead to the 2nd last terminal (top right) of the diagnosis connector. When you turn your ign key to ACC, within 5 secs, touch the lead to an earth point.

thanks mate. it worked perfectly and saved me $38 from ford. love not having to lock the doors with the key.......

sorry for bringing up a old thread but i don't have a clue what has to be done so could some one please post up some pics or try to explain it to someone that knows absolutely nothing about this stuff.
