Ok guys i dont know what is wrong with the search feature... doesnt return any result... so i hope no one gets angry if this has already been asked!
can u convert bf xr6 with 6 speed auto to gas? if so what needs to be done and is the goverment rebate still in place??

You can search for BF as there is a minimum character limit on searches, you need to enter BF*

Apparently not until its done 60,000kms i have heard. i wonder what difference that makes nick? in my experience working in a ford workshop, aftermarket conversions are doable, and they drive as well as on petrol, however the wrong tune/system/installer can mean the engine light comes on due to incorrect exhaust readings. I would be asking for a guarantee in writing that the gas system is 100% compatible with the Euro IV emissions control standards and the engine management on the BF/BFII |

The Eurogas System is BF Compatible.. I cant remember the installer off the top of my head. There are good ones in Melb, and Sydney.
