The V8'a are back.
As well as the top 3 positions going to Ford, we actually make up 7 of the top 10 in final qualifying. Pretty damn good considering there are only 13 Fords in a field of 28 cars Here are the results

Tomorrow will be a top day dedicated entirely to worshiping the mighty blue oval In the morning I will head down to tuggerah to see some nice shiny examples at the car show, have a chat with a few of the fellow fordmodders and then come home at lunch time and set up camp in the loungeroom for an afternoon of V8's with a few cold ones. Bring it on, I feel like a little kid on xmas eve. The V8's are back WOOO-HOOO!

hey guys i just got home from the clipsal and what a bloody great day to be a ford boy.
i was in the grandstands at the shikanes (spelling?)
and tomorrow i will be in the main grandstand whooo.
the only thing that gave me the s**t today was they cancelled the muscle cars because one of the fujitsu cars smashed into the barrier on turn 8.
go the mighty ford 1-2-3 sounds so bloody sweet.

i no this mate i was there.
i didnt have a go at the driver who is in hospital fighting for his life.
i was disapointed in the organisers because they could have shortend the carerra cup or formula 3s to allow the muscle cars to do a few laps.

What a crazy race eh! Should have been a much better result for Ford, but Courtney and Lowndes clashing and taking out Winterbottom, Pos. 2-3-4, Opened the door for the Holden boys.
