My mate who works as a trucker for hauling fuel to the BP servos. At the moment they are not making premium unleaded (95octane) so they are filling the premium tanks with Ultimate 98 instead.
So if your like me and only use Ultimate 98 fill up on normal premium for a while and you'll be getting Ulimate 98 instead for 3 or 4 cents cheaper. I dont know how long it will last but before it finishes I'll post here to let you know so you dont put normal premium in your cars. This has happened before as well. They cant put normal unleaded in the tanks when premium is not hauled, they can only put in a higher grade of fuel. Just giving you guys a heads up. |

Speaking of 98 ron, my average was 13.2 on way to Gero, used Vortex on way back, got 12.8, and a extra 150 kms on a tank, that was doing 140/150.

Is that Vortex the 95 stuff still? Do we have the Vortex 98 stuff yet?

yeh we shall... theres been a death in my family this week so i might have to take family to sydney instead which is a bit sad, but i'll be over there sometime soon, and for 2 weeks over christmas / new years
